When Men Battle Infertility Too

Male infertility may not sound common to some but there are some men battling with infertility. The authors at www.pregnancytips.org say that in an infertility case, 30% is caused by male infertility. This could be a hard truth for your partner to know he’s experiencing infertility. Make him feel he’s not alone in this battle. You can help him increase his infertility by making sure the things that he do will not harm his sperms. He can do that by avoiding staying in hot places just like hot tubs, Jacuzzis and saunas. Try to make him not wear too tight pants as they can also damage his fertility, especially cycling shorts. Using laptops on his lap for a very long time can also damage and kill his sperms so as smoking and drinking too much alcohol. Change your diet to eating more fruits and vegetables, these are packed with so many vitamins and minerals that can help boost his fertility.

We faced this challenge before. My husband, Mark, was not totally infertile. But as a seafarer working in the machinery of the ship, he is exposed to heat most of the time for 9 months. I guess that's why, both our babies were conceived when he's already several months on his vacation in land.
